Ann Jewell was the second child of Mathias Jewell and Elizabeth Moyle, and was baptised on the 26th June 1767, in the Parish of Wendron.

At this stage I am not certain as to what became of Ann, however she did have a sister also called Anne, who was baptised 4 years after Ann. It is therefore safe to assume that Ann died as a young child peior to her older sister Anne being born/baptised.
