Mary Moyle was the fifth child of Grace Jewell and Edward Moyle, and was baptised on the 7th January 1770, in the Parish of Wendron, Cornwall.

An initial search of the I.G.I., has discovered that Mary Moyle married Edward Jeffry on the 18th July 1789, in the Parish of Kenwyn. It seems Edward was the son of Edward and Ann Jeffry, and was baptised on the 4th June 1759.

A subsequent search of the I.G.I., has discovered that Mary and Edward had 8 children. They are shown in the I.G.I., as being baptised in the Parish of Saint Agnes near Truro, Cornwall. They were;

John Jeffry	- baptised 10th October 1790
Mary Jeffry	- baptised 3rd June 1792
Mary Jeffry	- baptised 13th October 1793
Thomas Jeffry	- baptised 27th September 1795
Ann Jeffry	- baptised 4th May 1797
Thomas Jeffry	- baptised 20th April 1800
James Jeffry	- baptised 8th April 1804
James Jeffry	- baptised 3rd June 1807
